Absolute Property was established in 1997 to bring together quality accommodation with professional tenants. Our rapid growth is solely down to our dedication to customer service that has enabled us to develop into a flourishing and successful Management Office dealing with all types of rented accommodation.
Our offices are located on the Clifton Triangle where we have a large shop frontage with a colour display of properties. Our friendly team offers clients a highly experienced system of letting and/or management.
We advertise comprehensively in the national search engines including Rightmove, Find A Property, Prime Location, Email for Property and Globricks as well as on our internet site which attracts hundreds of visitors every week. We are therefore able to be very selective in our choice of tenants.
We offer a wide range of in-house facilities. These range from a fully computerised accounting system which enables efficient monthly rental payments to video inventories. In addition we have our own extremely comprehensive Shorthold Tenancy Agreement. If we draw up the Tenancy Agreement you are welcome to have this approved by your solicitor. We can hold and register your deposit and are happy to organise EPC's and safety testing if required.
