Our Tenancy Agreement is produced by a local solicitor. If you are non-uk resident, we are registered with the Inland Revenue to handle your tax affairs. We are also registered with the Information Commissioner to handle the personal data we receive in the Tenant Screening process. We are members of the Property Ombudsman and fully commit to their Code of Conduct. We subscribe to both a custodial deposit protection scheme and an Insurance based scheme (My Deposits).
