The founders of the company are Catherine Bennett and Amy Long.
Catherine Bennett has specialised in residential letting in Bristol for 15 years and is a landlord herself. She can advise on the purchase of investment property, and can offer an interior design/update service to maximise the achievable rental income for an investment property.
Amy Long trained as an accountant before working in commercial property/facilities management in London where she then developed an interest in residential property management. She will run your management account and advise on taxation and legal matters.
Magdalena Grzesista is our office manager who will manage and oversea the legal documents required for the tenancy as well as organising the advertising of the company's current portfolio.
